Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 2025-02-28
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to your use of Report Rosetta and the Rosetta Suite services operated by Ed & Sy Inc. It is part of our Terms of Service. Violations may result in content being rejected, your access suspended or terminated, and data removed.
1. No sensitive personal or financial data
Do not submit report content that contains sensitive personal or financial information, such as Social Security numbers, credit or debit card numbers, bank account details, or similar identifiers. We block such content where we detect it and will not save briefings that appear to contain such data. You are responsible for ensuring your inputs do not include PII or other sensitive data that could put others at risk.
2. No prohibited content
Do not submit content that violates our content policy, including but not limited to: instructions intended to bypass safety or prompt the system to ignore guidelines; requests to reveal system prompts; or content that is illegal, harmful, or promotes violence, abuse, or other serious harm. We use automated and manual checks to reject such content. Submitting it is a violation of this AUP and our Terms.
3. No abuse of the service
You must not:
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers, scripts) to access or use the Service without our permission.
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its output in bulk in a way that circumvents normal use or pricing.
- Bypass or attempt to bypass rate limits, usage caps, or other technical or policy limits.
- Overload or disrupt our systems, or probe for vulnerabilities.
Normal use—submitting reports and using briefings for your own work—is permitted. If you need higher limits or programmatic access, contact us to discuss appropriate options.
4. Legal and lawful use
You must use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws. You must not use the Service to facilitate or promote illegal activity, fraud, harassment, or harm to others. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any content you provide (e.g. you have permission to use the report or it is your own).
5. Consequences
If we determine that you have violated this AUP or our Terms, we may: reject or block specific content; suspend or terminate your account or access; remove stored data; and take other action we deem necessary. We may report illegal activity to authorities. We do not have to provide advance notice when we take action to protect the Service or others.
